eCopy ShareScan OP sets a competitive standard for simple, secure, and cost effective electronic distribution and integration of paper-based information. This award-winning software enables users of a departmental or enterprise network to share the digital copier's ability to turn paper documents into digital files, which can then be distributed down the hall or around the world over the corporate network or Internet.
To use eCopy, the user simply places the paper document in the digital copier's paper tray, and selects an eCopy option. Scanning options include sending to the user's desktop, network fax, e-mail, or backend enterprise application. The document runs through the digital copier at high speed. Then, the user selects recipients from the online address book and creates a PDF file that can be handled like any other electronic file.

eCopy ShareScan OP is available as both a product that will run inside your copier, eCopy embedded, or as an external piece of hardware that attaches to your copier, the eCopy ScanStation.
